1. Description of Service
Moku is a terminal and SSH/SFTP connection client. The App functions purely as a local utility tool enabling connections to remote servers owned or managed by you. You are solely responsible for all security risks and legal consequences associated with your remote server connections.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations and agree not to use the Service to:
- Access or compromise any remote server without proper authorization.
- Transmit any illegal content, malware, spyware, or destructive code.
- Engage in any network security violations.
Any server data loss, corruption, or legal disputes arising from your misuse of the Service are your sole responsibility.
3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability (Important)
- As-Is Basis: The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
- Service Disruption: The developer is not liable for connection failures or interruptions caused by network latency, SSH protocol incompatibilities, or system-level updates.
4. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The amended Agreement becomes effective upon publication. Your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
